I’m a mother of three children with complex SEN needs and have lived the real-life pressures that make prioritising health and wellbeing difficult.

1-1, Pairs or Small Group Sessions
1 hour session - Tailored training and guidance built around your individual goals, including support with technique, structure, and nutrition. Sessions focus on safe, effective training, accountability, and helping you progress consistently while building sustainable, long-term habits.
1 hour session - Train with a partner while following a programme tailored to your goals. Combining the benefits of 1–1 training and a group environment, you’ll receive guidance, accountability, and shared motivation to stay consistent.
Maximum of 6 people for 30 minutes - Cost-effective group training with expert coaching, focusing on correct technique, motivation, and accountability. Sessions are varied, supportive, and adapted to suit different fitness levels, helping you stay engaged, consistent, and progressing.

Training sessions can take place in the home environment or in Ruislip and the surrounding areas. Depending on your preference, sessions can be held outdoors in local parks or suitable open spaces, or at a location that works best for your training goals.
